Role Description

This full-time Barista position is an on-site role located at our café in Dawn, MO. Responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additional responsibilities include handling transactions, managing inventory, and assisting with food preparation. Baristas are expected to work as part of a cohesive team to ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused individuals with strong Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
• Experienced in Barista tasks, including beverage preparation and operation of coffee-making equipment
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of Food Preparation and hygiene standards
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for coffee and customer service
• Prior experience in a similar role or food service industry is a plus
