This is a full-time on-site Barista role located in Marietta, GA. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and smoothies while providing friendly and efficient customer service. Responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating cash registers, maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Barista will also adhere to food safety standards and assist with prepping ingredients for beverages and snacks.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to create a positive guest experience
• Experience in barista tasks, including crafting coffee beverages and smoothies
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and the team
• Basic food preparation skills, with attention to cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or food and beverage role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
