Basic Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, drip, specialty beverages) and other menu items with consistency and care

• Provide friendly, welcoming customer service in-shop and at the drive-thru

• Take orders, handle payments, and keep the counter/register running smoothly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area (machines, counters, utensils, and seating)

• Follow food-safety and shop standards while supporting the overall team

We’re looking for someone reliable, positive, and ready to help create a warm community spot. Experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person.
