Team Leadership
- Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members
- Build a positive, accountable team culture
- Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns
- Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service
- Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety
- Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently
- Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts
- Control labor, food costs, and cash handling
- Review performance and take action to improve results
- Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
- Forecast staffing and business needs
- Complete basic reporting and admin tasks
- 1+ year of management or leadership experience (QSR/retail preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role
- Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- ServSafe Certification (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule (managers will work a 6 day workweek pending the operational needs of the store, including early mornings, weekends, holidays – shifts typically start at 4-5am)
- On your feet most of the shift (candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.)
