This position performs concessions and cash operations activities with primary responsibility for greeting guests; serving food and beverages; setting, stocking, and breaking down concession stands, carts, and portables; maintaining accurate counts; collecting payment for all food and beverages served.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Greets guests, takes orders, serves food and beverages, totals receipts; collects payments.
  • Requests proper identification from guests purchasing alcoholic beverages when legal age is questionable (under the age of 30).
  • Stocks and maintains supplies, refrigerators, dispensers, and/or display cases, and replaces soda and CO2 tanks as necessary ensuring no interruption in guest service. Transports soiled dishes/glassware to kitchen and concession breakdown stations. Sweeps and mops floors.
  • May be responsible for FOH food preparation, i.e. pretzels, salads, sandwiches, etc.
  • Completes set up and break down of concession stands, portables, deli carts, espresso bar dining tables, and equipment.
  • Performs all duties on checklist including cleaning duties.
  • Complies with all company, local, state, and national regulations pertaining to food quality, sanitation, and safety.
  • Completes all other duties as assigned.
