Main Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, courteous, and professional customer service as a primary point of contact.
- Lead, train, schedule, and supervise Starbucks clerks to ensure appropriate staffing and performance.
- Drive department results by increasing sales, improving profitability, and controlling costs.
- Oversee daily Starbucks operations, including beverage preparation, order fulfillment, and customer transactions.
- Manage inventory, place orders, conduct counts, and rotate products to ensure freshness and availability.
- Ensure compliance with company, Starbucks corporate, food safety, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate required logs, including temperature and compliance documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized café environment and work area.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

- Retail and food service operations management.
- Team supervision, training, and workforce scheduling.
- Cash handling, register operation, and basic cash-office functions.
- Inventory control, ordering, and shrink awareness.
- Compliance monitoring and audit readiness.
- Visual merchandising and café presentation.
- Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation methods, equipment, and beverage recipes.
- Ability to memorize drink formulas, PLU codes, and operating procedures.
- Working knowledge of food safety requirements and certifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multitask, stay focused, and work under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, reach, and perform repetitive tasks during shifts.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts in a 24-hour retail operation.
